You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once packages have been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Once approved, we will replace the affected item(s) as soon as possible at no additional cost

Claims submitted more than 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
